The average age of the American politician is 60+ years of age. While the older generations are a treasure in and of themselves, and should adjust to life of retirement. It’s time for this generation of politics to step aside and let go of the stranglehold they have on this countries branches of government.

Before getting into this piece of our agenda
The primary principle of this movement is to prioritize the well-being of the people. Every citizen is equally valued and deserves to be treated with dignity and governed fairly.
The disparity between the product’s price and the compensation structure employed in its production and post-consumer processes is a critical issue. While all purchases, usage, and consumption are not solely within our control, we can influence domestic processes and business operations. It is imperative that we reform the nation’s economic framework to narrow the wage gap between the affluent and the impoverished. The excessive compensation of CEOs in certain retail chains, such as a certain Big Blue Rollback Retail, which exceeds 900 times the average employee’s salary, constitutes a gross disregard for the country’s workforce. A more equitable pay scale is necessary for society to actually flourish. And despite the company’s projected revenue of over $650 billion in 2024, the average hourly wage for its employees ranges from $9.63 to $28.19. Furthermore, the company employed 2.1 million individuals in 2023. These figures do not align with the company’s financial performance, even if that 650 Billion was split evenly everyone would get $500,000, and still leave over 49,000 for operations and whatnot. A fair pay range system should be implemented, ensuring that both high-level executives and lower-level employees receive fair compensation commensurate with their contributions. A fair salary should be derived from the wealth generated by the company’s workforce.If this company were subject to a fair tax rate, rather than a corporate tax rate, a business tax rate could be considered. A 25% tax on the retailer would result in a significant increase in its revenue, surpassing that of individuals like you and me. However, this would not represent a single individual’s income. Therefore, why should CEOs, CFOs, CCOs, and CPOs earn millions while their employees struggle to make ends meet? In some cases, workers face poverty and/or unexpected homelessness. We must reform programs designed to assist those in need, helping homeless to reintegrate into society and contribute to the economy. We should eliminate the stigma associated with homelessness and actively reach out to assist our fellow citizens in overcoming their challenges. Our economy should reflect an “Equality for Humanity.”
Healthcare should be a basic right.
In the realm of human existence, maintaining optimal health stands as a fundamental necessity. Consequently, it is imperative that this right be universally recognized and protected. While acknowledging the essential role of medical professionals in providing healthcare services, it is equally crucial to ensure their fair compensation. This can be achieved by implementing a revised tax system that appropriately adjusts the tax brackets to accommodate the increased demand for medical services, which are now a right.

Our country has been built by people from all around the world, America has always been the melting pot of society. How has our society become so consumed by hatred and greed that we are unable to provide asylum to foreign nationals and grant them the opportunity to contribute to our nation, economy, or infrastructure, just as they have done since the establishment of our colonies?
